Although it is always good to know what services you get from your consulting firm, we think it is even more important to know their culture and philosophy. If they are working for you or with you, it is nice to find out what they view as important and see if there is a good match. A consultant needs to be closely aligned with the client to be effective in their role.

• Our consulting practice is very hands on by providing an advisory or coaching relationship to our clients and the top management team or individual managers of a business. Our consultative approach is designed to use the strengths of the team to find the best answers to the questions of the day.

You will find in us a willingness to talk openly, honestly and work closely with you to think through tough situations in a safe and managed environment. We believe growing and managing a business is all about survival and that it takes extraordinary knowledge of an industry, environment, skills, speed and attention to detail to stay ahead of the pack. As your consulting partner, we are here to help you pull it all together.
• We don't partner with you to be with you forever; good consultants should never do that. We teach you what we know so you can do it on your own as quickly as you want. The moment we stop adding value or if we cannot get the job done, we let you know and move on.
• If it is necessary for us to spend your money or suggest you spend money, we treat it very carefully like our own money. We focus on keeping our costs down because the bottom line is always important.
• We believe in measurable results. We work with you to implement and monitor your plan to ensure the achievement of planned results, according to preset measurable goals.
• We focus on using many of our proprietary systems that have proven results and help give you an edge over the competition.
• We believe that each year our firm must return to our community a portion of our profits and time. Every year we donate to regional food shelves and shelters for the homeless. On an ongoing basis we donate up to 15% of our time to communities, schools and business at no charge for a variety of consulting and supportive services. We also mentor young businesspeople as well as hire and work with a variety of students.
